Five people are being treated for injuries after a golf cart accident in Morgan County Thursday afternoon.

A medical helicopter was called to Bradford Woods, Indiana University's outdoor center, around 1:00.  One patient was taken by the helicopter to IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis in critical condition.  Four others were taken to the hospital, but have since been treated and released.

All five were nurses who were caring for campers at Bradford Woods.  No campers were injured.

Bradford Woods Director Shay Dawson said in a statement that the cart was going down a paved road at the facility when it rolled onto its side Thursday afternoon and ejected the nurses. He says all of the nurses were transported to hospitals.
