IMPD detectives arrested a 19-year-old man for a hit-and-run crash which seriously injured an Indianapolis woman last month.

Police say Dylan Cutshaw hit 47-year-old Cindy Urich with his car on December 21 in the 5700 block of South Franklin Road and fled the scene.  Urich was taken to IU Health Methodist Hospital in serious condition.

A warrant for Cutshaw's arrest was issued Thursday and Cutshaw was taken into custody Friday.  He faces felony charges of failure to stop at an accident causing serious bodily injury and obstruction of justice.  He also faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to stop at an accident causing damage.

Cutshaw is being held at the IMPD Arrestee Processing Center on $250,000 bond.
