 A teacher at John Marshall Middle School is being held by Metro Police on charges of child molestation and solicitation.

The suspect is 33-year-old Lee Tibbetts. He's accused of molesting a 13-year-old male student and soliciting another boy, also a student at the school.
Metro Police got a tip May 21st. Tibbetts has been on administrative leave during the investigation. Formal charges could come next week.
