Metro Police have arrested a suspect wanted in a weekend homicide.
IMPD Sgt. Paul Thompson says 20-year-old April McKenney was taken into custody in Superior Court 7 as she was appearing on an unrelated handgun charge.
McKenney is accused in the murder of 33-year-old Gregory Ray in a home on Roosevelt Avenue.
Investigators are still working on a motive.
