Venue Request in Former State Trooper's Third Trial
The attorney for a former state trooper accused of killing his wife and children is asking for a change of venue.
It's the third time David Camm has faced a trial in the 2000 murders.
Stacy Uliana is on Camm's defense team and wants the trial moved from southern Indiana to the northern part of the state.
Uliana says the trial should not be held anywhere south of Indianapolis.
Camm has been convicted twice of killing his family in their Georgetown, Indiana home. However, both convictions were overturned on appeal.
