The 2012 Super Bowl host committee is outlining plans with subcontractors to get ready for the big game.
Ratio architects Bill Browne will explain some project plans to the Indiana Subcontractors Association and the Electrial League of Indiana Thursday at Lucas Oil stadium.
Browne says the Legacy Center on the Tech campus is the main focus of the committee's plans.
The center will include many classrooms and flexible spaces to allow kids places for after school activities.
They are also looking at adding a gymnasium, fitness and exercise rooms along with locker facilities.
Another big aspect of the plans is the Super Bowl village, which will run along Georgia street. Browne says the village will be patterned after the Los Rambles in Barcelona, Spain.
It will include pedestrian walkways and greenspace in the middle of the street, but still allow vehicular traffic. Spaces will also be provided for retail businesses as well.
