Attorney Moves to Dismiss Bisard DUI Charge

The attorney for suspended IMPD officer David Bisard filed for a motion to dismiss DUI charges Friday.

John Kautzman is representing Bisard. The state will have to respond to the motion within 30 days.
Bisard faces alcohol charges in connection with the crash that killed one person and injured two others this summer.
Alcohol charges were originally dropped by former prosecutor Carl Brizzi, who said the blood draw would not stand up in court. They were reinstated in January by new prosecutor Terry Curry.
