David Duchovny, Tea Leoni Divorce

(New York, NY) -- The marriage between actors David Duchovny and Tea Leoni is officially over. "People" says the two filed divorce papers in June saying their 17-year marriage was "irretrievably" broken. Duchovny and Leoni have separated twice over the past six years. "The X Files" and "Californication" star was treated for sex addiction after their first separation in 2008. The couple reunited then split again in 2011.

According to "People," Leoni, who stars in the upcoming CBS drama "Madame Secretary," will have primary custody of their two children, ages 15 and 12, although the two will share legal custody. Duchovny meantime, is on the hook for 48-thousand-dollars a month in child support and alimony. He must also foot the bill for school and college tuition.
