Underage Gymnast Takes Action Against Hacked Nude Photos

(Undated) -- A member of the "Fierce Five" U.S. Women's Gymnastics team is reportedly taking action against websites that have reposted hacked naked photos of herself and others. According to TMZ, McKayla Maroney's attorneys fired off a letter to Porn.com to let the website know that the Olympic gymnast was under the age of 18 when the photos were taken. They're demanding that the pictures be taken down immediately and the website has reportedly complied. A rep for Porn.com tells TMZ they immediately removed the pictures once they got the letter. Maroney is one of several high-profile celebrities whose naked images have cropped up on the Internet after a massive hacking scandal. Some celebs have come forward to say the images are fake. The FBI is investigating.
