Enrique Pena Nieta Addresses Legislature

(Sacramento, CA) -- Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto is praising California and Governor Brown for approving immigrant friendly laws. In a speech to the legislature yesterday, Pena Nieto said the state is taking a leading role in the absence of national immigration reform. Outside about 150 protestors gathered waving American flags and calling for the release of Marine Sergeant Andrew Tahmooressi who has been detained by Mexican authorities since crossing the border in April with weapons and ammunition in his car.
