India, Pakistan Leaders Meet Today

(Undated) -- The leaders of India and Pakistan will meet today in a move that could signal a sweeping change in relations between the nuclear-armed neighbors. Pakistani prime minister Mawaz Sharif attended yesterday's swearing-in of new Indian prime minister Narenda Modi. Sharif promised to improve ties with India during his successful election campaign last year.
