Israel-Gaza Bombing Resumes

(Cairo) -- Israel is refusing to participate in further peace talks with Hamas as long as rocket fire from Gaza continues. The Israeli military reports at least 70 rockets have been fired into Israel during the past 24 hours. On Friday, Israeli airstrikes hit nearly 50 targets in Gaza and killed five people, including three children. The cause of the fighting appears to be Hamas's frustration with Israel and Egypt over failed peace talks in Cairo.
