Japan Orders 1.6 Million Out Of Storm's Path

(Tokyo) -- Japan is warning more than one-and-a-half million people out of the path of Typhoon Halong. The storm has already left at least one person dead and injured dozens more. As much as 39 inches of rain is falling every hour in the country's western regions and forced the cancellation of dozens of flights. Eastern Japan is bracing for heavy winds and rain, which will likely wallop the metropolitan Tokyo area.
