(Undated) -- The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee is criticizing what he calls the Obama administration's lack of action on foreign policy. Speaking on "Fox News Sunday," Michigan Republican Mike Rogers called ISIS in Iraq a long and growing threat to the United States, and said options for stopping it are dwindling.
