Tim Hortons, Burger King Reach Deal

(Undated) -- Burger King and Canadian eatery Tim Hortons are becoming one company. The two entities have officially finalized a deal that many analysts see as a tax-inversion. That's when two international companies merge and make the country with the lowest corporate tax rates the new headquarters. Tim Hortons and Burger King will have more than 18-thousand restaurants worldwide.
