Ukraine Border Guards Inspect Russian Cargo

(Undated) -- Ukrainian border guards are now in Russia, checking out a convoy of cargo trucks carrying humanitarian aid. They are in an area that is directly opposite of a Ukrainian settlement held by pro-Russian separatists. Earlier this week, Ukraine's government leaders said they would not allow the humanitarian aid into their country without an inspection by the Red Cross. Ukraine's suspicion of the convoy could be fueled by a Russian military build-up near the border.
