UN Set To Vote On Resolution To Weaken ISIS

(Undated) -- The UN Security Council is set to vote on a resolution aimed at weakening ISIS militants. The resolution calls for cutting off the terrorist group's flow of foreign fighters and its financial support. EU ministers are meeting today to approve an arms shipment to Iraqi Kurds who are battling the ISIS fighters. France and Britain are among several European nations pledging to send weapons to the Kurds.
