US Palestinian Teen Under House Arrest

(Undated) -- An American teen allegedly beaten by Israeli police in Jerusalem is under house arrest for nine days. Florida resident Tariq Abu Khdeir was detained after his cousin's funeral. Ron Dermer, Israel's ambassador to the U.S., told "Fox News Sunday" Khdeir participated in violence against police. The teen hasn't been formally charged with anything. Israel's Justice Ministry has launched an inquiry into the situation.
Khdeir's cousin was allegedly abducted and burned alive by Jewish extremists. It's believed the teen's death was retaliation for last months' death of three kidnapped Israeli teens.
