The suspect accused of shooting and stabbing a student at Purdue University entered a guilty plea in court Thursday morning.

Cody Cousins, 23, is accused of killing Andrew Boldt, 21, on Purdue's campus in January.  Court documents say Boldt was shot and stabbed at Purdue's Electrical Engineering Building.

Cousins had previously pleaded not guilty, asked for a change of venue, a new counsel and entered into an insanity defense.

His sentencing date has been set for Sept. 19th.
