Circle Up Indy Hosting Anti-Violence Event Next Month

An anti-violence event has been scheduled for next month to help out members of the Indianapolis community.

Circle Up Indy will host the event at IPS School 51 on August 2. Circle Up Indy President James Wilson says several organizations will be on hand to offer services, programs and help to people in need. Wilson says educational services will be available, along with healthcare providers and some employers will be on hand to help people find work.

Community Hospital East, IndyGo and others are contributing to the effort.
