IFD Looking For Driver Who Burst Fire Hose

Firefighters say a woman drove her black car over a fire hose that was stretched across 42nd street on Monday, then drove away.

INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis firefighters need your help finding the person who ran over -- and burst -- one of their hoses during a fire on Monday.

The Indianapolis Fire Department is looking for the driver -- believed to be a white woman, around 40 years old -- who drove her black car over the hose laid across the road at 3289 West 42nd Street.

Firefighters say they stopped the woman and called IMPD, but she sped off before police arrived.

If you know who the driver was, call IFD and let them know.
