IndyCar Drivers Scott Dixon, Dario Franchitti Robbed at Indy Taco Bell

INDIANAPOLIS -- Indy 500 champions Scott Dixon and Dario Franchitti are okay after being robbed at gunpoint Sunday night:

Four hours after Dixon won the pole for this year's 500, two teenagers pulled a gun on Dixon, his wife Emma, and Franchitti in the drive-through lane of a Taco Bell down the street from the track.

Indy Metro Police say they reviewed a surveillance tape at the Taco Bell and saw a suspicious  vehicle loitering in the parking lot before the robbery. They  went off in the direction that vehicle had gone, and found the suspected robbers within half an hour of the holdup. The two teenagers are charged with armed robbery and resisting arrest.

Franchitti won the 500 three times before retiring in 2013. Dixon will be seeking his second victory on Sunday.
