Interactions Corporation Bringing 1,000 New Jobs to Indy

Interactions Corporation says it's hiring 1,000 new employees in Indianapolis by the end of 2015.

The Massachusetts-based firm provides online customer service and data entry support for various companies and has operated its so-called iCenters in Indy since 2006.  The company already employs about 400 people locally.

Interactions CEO Mike Iacobucci says Indy's robust and productive employee population and family-oriented culture makes it ripe for expansion.

The company is also expanding its operations in Austin, Texas.
