Jury Selection Begins for Former Evansville Teacher

Jordan McGuire is accused of performing a sex act on a former student

A jury is being chosen in Evansville for the trial of a former Harrison High School teacher who is charged with criminal deviate conduct.

Jordan McGuire, 27, is accused of giving alcohol to a former student and performing a sex act on him against his will. If convicted, he could get up to 20 years in prison.

McGuire was arrested in March of 2012, nine days after his resignation.
