Lutheran Health Network Expanding in Fort Wayne

Lutheran Health Network announced a major expansion in Fort Wayne today. 

The healthcare provider says its affiliate Shared Services Center Fort Wayne is expanding its business operations.  They say the move will create up to 320 new jobs by 2017.  Governor Mike Pence says the announcement is a victory for continued job expansion in the state.

The center currently employs 175 workers who process insurance claims, billing, appeals and customer service for Lutheran Health Network Hospitals.  The center will relocate its offices to 1700 Magnavox Way where the firm will lease a 62,000 square foot space.
