Man Found Shot To Death On The West Side

The man's body was found in a parking lot. No word on what might have led up to the shooting or if police have anyone in custody.

INDIANAPOLIS -- A man was shot and killed late Friday night on Indianapolis' west side, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.

Officers were called to the Run Inn Bar and Grill in the 6300 block of W. 34th Street shortly before midnight.

They found the man's body in a parking lot. No word on what might have led up to the shooting or if police have anyone in custody.

This is not the first time there has been trouble at the Run Inn Bar and Grill. In March 2017, an IMPD officer shot and wounded a suspect after he allegedly ran outside the bar and began shooting.

And in July 2017, a man was charged after he allegedly shot a woman in the arm at the Run Inn.
