Police ID Victim in Fatal Accident at Indiana Grand Racing & Casino

Shelbyville Police have identified the woman killed in what is being called a tragic accident at Indiana Grand Racing and Casino last week.

Police say Kathlene Paulus, 81, of Lecanto, Florida was killed when she became pinned between a truck and horse trailer.  Paulus was assisting her husband, Richard Paulus, 82, as he was backing the truck up for it to be hooked into the trailer when somehow, Kathlene became pinned.

Police do not believe alcohol was involved in the incident.
