Police search Muncie home for evidence connected to missing woman

Police were searching a Muncie home for evidence related to a missing Dunkirk woman.

Crews had been on the scene of a home in the 300 block of Council Street since Wednesday afternoon, officials with the Muncie Police Department said.

Police said crews were looking for evidence related to 25-year-old Brianna DiBattiste. She was last seen June 16 and has been missing for two months.

As of Wednesday evening, there was no indication that a body had been found at the home.

Few other details were released.
