Six People, Including Young Boy, Hurt in Clinton Co. House Fire

Five adults and a five-year-old boy were rescued from a burning farmhouse early Monday morning.

CLINTON COUNTY, Ind. -- Six people, including a young boy, were rescued from an early-morning house fire in Clinton County.

Frankfort firefighters were called to a farmhouse in the 2200 block of Rossville Avenue at 2:20 a.m. Monday.

One man was airlifted to Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis; a 5-year-old boy was taken to Riley Hospital for Children. Four other adults were also rescued and taken to various local hospitals.

The names of the victims and the extent of their injuries are unknown.
