Tanker Rollover Closes Down State Road 32

Part of State Road 32 will be closed of most of Thursday after a diesel tanker overturned.

It was closed between Ditch and Spring Mill roads.

The driver was trying to avoid an accident by attempting to turn North on Carey Road when the driver overturned the vehicle. The driver was not injured in the accident.

The diesel tanker is resting on a support beam of a utility pole. The tanker is not leaking fuel, but the tank needs to be emptied before it can be removed.

State Road 32 could be closed up to eight hours as crews work to empty the tanker and make sure the utility pole is secure.
