Two Men Found Dead after Shooting on Indy's Southeast Side

INDIANAPOLIS -- Two men died following a shooting on the city’s southeast side Thursday evening.

Indianapolis police dispatch said the men were found dead in the 1700 block of Villa Avenue after 10 p.m. Neighbors said they heard about six gunshots on the street. 

Witnesses said other people were inside of the home, including a child. Homicide detectives said the investigation is ongoing and did not release any information on a suspect.
