UPDATE: Bicyclist Killed on Northwest Side of Indy Now Identified

The incident happened late Tuesday night

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind-A bicyclist was killed after being hit by a vehicle on the northwest of Indianapolis Tuesday night. It happened near 51st street and Kessler Boulevard. The cyclist signaled to make a left turn while riding in the bike lane and immediately turned in front of the vehicle. The driver stayed on the scene and cooperated with police. The deceased has been identified as 23-year-old Franics Feeney.
