Bomber Attorney Makes Venue Change Case

(Boston, MA) -- Attorneys for accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev say his trial should be moved from Boston to Washington DC. Tsarnaev's lawyers have submitted a sworn statement from an expert who says the media coverage in the Boston area makes it impossible to get a fair trial. Prosecutors are arguing against the move, saying they are confident that Tsarnaev can receive a fair trial in Boston.
