East Coast Bracing For Tropical Storm Arthur

(Undated) -- People living along the East Coast are bracing for a wet and wild Fourth of July weekend as Tropical Storm Arthur continues to gain strength in the Atlantic Ocean. Evacuations and beach closures are in effect for parts of North Carolina. Arthur is expected to turn into a hurricane overnight or early Thursday morning. Arthur is churning off the coast of Florida with sustained winds at 70 miles per hour. Forecasters aren't sure if the storm will make landfall.
