Governor Brown Reverses Parole Granted To Bruce Davis

(Sacramento, CA) -- A former follower of Charles Manson will not get parole. California Governor Jerry Brown has reversed a state parole board decision to release Bruce Davis. He was convicted of first-degree murder in the 1969 Los Angeles torture-killing of musician Gary Hinman and death of Donald "Shorty" Shea. Police say Davis did not take part in the infamous Manson Family murders of pregnant actress Sharon Tate and four others, 45 years ago.
