Hostage Situation Ends With No Sign Of Suspect

(St. Louis, MO) -- A hostage situation at a St. Louis area hospital is over, but police don't have a suspect in custody. After a standoff that lasted almost two hours, SWAT team members swept the hospice center of St. Anthony's Medical Center and found no trace of the man. The hospital went on lockdown around seven this morning after the man walked into the facility demanding drugs. Police now believe he ran away before they arrived.
