Observer: Never Too Late To Strike ISIS

(Undated) -- A Middle East expert claims it is never too late to hit ISIS militants in Iraq. Dr. Robert Rabil says ISIS is "extremely, extremely dangerous" and growing stronger. The Pentagon says two U.S. military planes dropped 500-pound laser-guided bombs on a mobile artillery piece near Erbil . President Obama authorized limited airstrikes to protect U.S. personnel and facilities. Rabil called ISIS an enemy of the U.S. and a terrorist threat to U.S. interests abroad.
Rabil said the presidential authorization for limited airstrikes is the right course of action. He noted that ISIS is flush with cash and weaponry after overtaking banks and military installations. Rabil is an associate professor of political science at Florida Atlantic University.
