Ukraine: Black Boxes Show Plane Shot Down By Missile

(Undated) -- Ukrainian authorities say data from Malaysia Airlines Flight 17's black boxes show that shrapnel from a missile destroyed the jetliner, killing almost 300 people. The country's National Security and Defense Council says the flight data recorder shows a "massive explosive decompression" brought down the plane. The airliner was shot down July 17th as it flew over an area of eastern Ukraine controlled by pro-Russia separatist forces. European aviation officials in Britain are currently analyzing the black boxes.
