Reid Makes Controversial Asian Comments

(Las Vegas, NV) -- Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is in hot water for a couple of controversial comments he made in Las Vegas. He was addressing the Asian Chamber of Commerce at a luncheon Thursday.
Friday he apologized for the statements, stating they were distasteful. It's not the first time Reid has been under fire for offensive statements. In 2008 he described President Obama as having, quote, "no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one."
