Same Sex Marriage Returns To US Supreme Court
The debate over same-sex marriage is expected to be discussed in the US supreme court today, but how do justices go about navigating the varying states with varying same-sex marriage bans?
David Orentlicker with the I-U McKinney School of law says the justices will likely roll many states together. This means that instead of several decisions having to be made, one over-arching decision on same sex marriage bans is likely to be applied.
This is the first time the justices have met since the end of June, this year.
