Senator John McCain Criticizes Barack Obama's Foreign Policy

(Undated) -- Arizona Senator John McCain says it's time for President Obama to create a comprehesive strategy for dealing with both the Middle East and Ukraine.
Making an appearance on "Fox News Sunday," McCain said Obama has put off tough decisions and made excuses. He said leaving a residual force behind in Iraq could have prevented the current problems with ISIS. McCain added he's unsure if Obama will decide on a full-scale attack on the terrorist group. The former GOP presidential candidate suggested that Obama provide intelligence and arms to Ukraine, who he called "outgunned" by Vladimir Putin's Russia.
