An eight-year-old boy shot in the head Wednesday night has died.

Metro Police say Jeremiah Williams died at Riley Hospital.

Eighteen-year-old Namar Taylor was also shot in the head at the northeast side apartment complex. He is in stable condition.

Williams and Taylor were inside an apartment near 42nd and Post Road.

Police say 27 year-old Joshua Germany has been arrested in connection with the shooting.

Community and church leaders are outraged over the deadly shooting.
