Indianapolis Colts defensive tackle Fili Moala has been convicted of drunk driving but he was sentenced today to 180 days probation--not to jail.
His license was suspended for 90 days.
Moala, who is 26 and a first time offender, tested 0.10 blood alcohol content. 0.08 is the legal limit.
He was arrested last September after being pulled over for speeding on South Illinois Street.
