Indianapolis hotels are gearing up for the 2012 Super Bowl with what they call "Super Service Hospitality."
Listen:
The Super Bowl Host Committee launched an online training program designed to give hotel and restaurant workers, transportation employees and others a "refresher course" in hospitality.
The Super Service program is free and online.
Host Committee CEO Allison Melangton says the city's hospitality workers are among the best, but the 45 minute course highlights issues of specific concern for the upcoming Super Bowl.
All workers at the Canterbury Hotel have completed the course. Hotel owner Turner Woodard says the goal is to assure his guests that his hotel marries hipness with civility.
