The search goes on for missing IU student Lauren Spierer.
Listen:
Those who have been following the case wondered if there would finally be a conclusion after some skeletal remains were found in Eastern Illinois near the town of Newton almost one month ago. But the Jasper County, Illinois Coroner told the Herald-Times a DNA test shows the bones belong to an unknown man and are definitely not those of the missing 20-year-old.
Spierer has been missing since a night out with friends June 3rd, 2011. There have been persons of interest, but thus far, no suspects in the case.
