The father of a 4-month old girl who died in a hot car on Saturday in Greenfield appeared in court this (Monday) morning. Joshua Stryzinski's daughter was left in a car outside his parents home in Greenfield Saturday afternoon. The infant was rushed to a hospital by her grandfather, but she was pronounced dead a short time later.
Stryzinski pleaded not guilty to Class A felony neglect of a dependent causing death. A judge ordered him held in the Hancock County Jail on a $50,000 bond. Stryzinski's next court appearance is a pre-trial conference set for September 6th.
