The court appointed receiver attempting to recover assets for those who invested in Samex Capital Partners is suing the Indianapolis accounting firm employed by the operation.

The plaintiffs say the involvement of Dewitt and Schrader gave the hedge fund operated by former Fishers money manager Keenan Hauke "an air of legitimacy."

Hauke is serving more than ten years in federal prison after pleading guilty to securities fraud.
