U.S. Attorney Joe Hogsett has added extortion charges onto a growing list of allegations related to Richard Finkbiner's child pornography case.
Listen:
Hogsett says Finkbiner, from Clay County, is on the hook for luring nine boys and one girl into video chatting with him, then talking them into perfoming sexually suggestive acts while he recorded. Hogsett says it could get a lengthy sentence.
The victims range in age from 12 to 17. Hogsett says the case spanned from Avon, Indiana to Anchorage, Alaska. In court documents, Finkbiner is quoted as wanting to amass the largest amateur pornography collection in the world.
