2 Teens Killed, 1 Injured After Train Collides with Car

Two teenagers are dead and another injured after their car was hit by a train in Farmland, Indiana early Sunday morning.
Farmland Police say the crash happened just before 2:30 at the railroad crossing on North Plum Street in Farmland. Two teenagers were trapped inside the car while the third had been ejected.
A 17-year-old male and 17-year-old female were both pronounced dead at the scene. 18-year-old Joshua Ponder was taken by medical helicopter to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. His condition was not immediately released.
The crash remains under investigation.
