The Indianapolis attorney for the woman whose home exploded in the Richmond Hill subdivision is questioning the Citizens Energy probe of gas lines.

Listen:

Randall Cable represents Monseratte Shirley. Now that Citizens Energy has concluded it found no leaks in the gas main or lines feeding the home that exploded late Saturday, Cable has a big question. Cable says he would expect Citizens Gas to,"try to pin it on somebody or piggy on someone else the fact that someone else could be at fault." Cable adds,"I think they're trying to either get out of liability or try to find someone who can share the liability."

Cable says Shirley was away at a casino bar in Lawrenceburg when the blast happened. Cable says she has nothing left but a few clothes she took on her trip. He says she has no responsibility for the blast, but thinks more questions should be pointed at Citizens Energy.

Meantime, Citizens Energy Spokesperson Sarah Holsapple says the company conducted tests with state and federal guidance and stands by their findings.
